User Password settings

I am having trouble setting the 5-level user password mode in CX-Designer. I am designing for NSJ8-M3D (PLC+PT integrated), CX-Designer version is 2.1. The problem is that the "Password (with level)" option is disabled in "Password Setting" dialog (CX-Designer -> PT menu -> Password...). I can enter 5 passwords in the provided text boxes inside the dialog, and I can also assign different access levels to each button, but in runtime user has to enter the password every time a button is accessed (authentication is not persisted). Does anyone know how to modify this setting?

To use Password with level you must be at Project Version 7.0 or higher. Go Tools|Version and Change to 7.0 or Higher.

To use Password with level you must be at Project Version 7.0 or higher. Make sure that your NSJ8 hardware is capable of Version 7.0. Check on System Menu|Special Screen Tab|Version To change your CX Designer Project, Go Tools|Version and Change to 7.0. (but only if the Hardware version is 7.00.)
