If you want to set an IP adderss (fix) to a Momentum you must have program named "ipconfig" from schneider, it write an ip address on eeprom, and don't need to use config on premium.

You can't change the IP address of the NOE module except with the programming software or a BOOTP server (if ocnfigured for BOOTP). You certainly can't change the address through a web browser.
