SRTP

Does anyone know the GE SRTP (Service Request Transfer Protocol)? I need to read and write %R registers from a PC application and I don't want to use any 3'd party software (i.e. OPC server). I know the GE Ethernet Global Data Protocol details are listed on the ge fanuc website but I can't find any info on SRTP. The 9070 plc I'm using doesn't support Ethernet Global Data. David
