AB SLC 5/04 FACTORY DEFAULT

HI GUYS I have followed AB instruction to reset slc 5/04 processor to factory default but is not working and made sure the ground and vbb are jumpered but no result any advice. Thank you

Does it have a memory module? If so remove it. Then follow the PDF below ( instead of holding the vbb to ground for 60 sec hold it for 120 sec. ClearMemSLC.pdf

HI Thanks for the reply I have followed exact instruction but not for two minutes and I have no memory module but I have fault red led and dh+ led red are both solid on, any suggestion? thanks Edited 10 Apr 2008 by MIKE31

HI yes I have done it without battery. I will try it to jumper for more than two minutues and see the result. IF reset is not working then does it mean that the processor is gone Thanks
