Program conversion

Just as a matter of interest, I recently converted the program from a CPM1A to a CP1L. The outputs did not convert to the new address - stayed at channel 10 instead of converting to channel 100. Did it by hand.

And that should of taken all but 5 sec with find and replace..

Not the point - the conversion should do it for you - there were no warnings or errors either.

I disagree Bob... mainly because the conversion program is probably the same as the one to convert it to a CJ PLC also etc which has dynamic addressing. PLus you can have a different IO config to the CPM. There should be a generic warning stating that the IO addressing mismatch is possible.. agreed.
