CX-Programer FINS command for Lenze 93xx

Hello All I hava a problem with communication betwen OMRON CJ1G-H with CORT21 and LENZE 9325. When I send FINS command 2907 to send the message the response is D=2907 D+1=0000. The response should be D=2907 D+1=0000 D+2=43xx D+3=xxxx ...d+10=xxxx, but in my example D+3, D+4, D+5, D+6, D+7, D+8, D+9, D+10 are not changed. Thenks Sorry for my bed language.
