Tools of third- Simulation

I found is page in Spanish , MORE ONE BEST with off-line simulation software, simulation process, tools of otimizacion and development. It has an good simulator of trials, where can amount to interface of the project / system, and test the program writing. I found, very interesting however do not I have PLC Siemens available, then to who interest to test. It relates, the utilization of these programs down.
