Hi, does anybody knows if it is possible to change the offline application with e.g. Visual Basic? I mean is it possible to add variables,function block etc. Or changing the content of the FB best regards, Herman

Yes and No. I'm not aware of the COM model being open in the S7 format although it very well could be. But, you can easily use a VB application to create FB' s, DB's, FC's etc in a text format which you can import into S7. At the same time you can export existing blocks to a text format to be interpreted and manipulated by you VB program. Hope this helps.
