I work in factory with many different machines. There is problem with troubleshooting. (Topic Description): The idea is to memoraize one cycle of corect proces (inputs/outputs(logical stament)) and to compare it with irregulariy (different) cycle. What options exsist ? Where can i get informations obout area?

I thought that Wincc could be the best resolution and i had a conwerstion with my bos : There is a plan to by Wincc. My idea is to record all inputs of a regular cycle and then subtract them with incorrect cycle while it runs contemporaneity (synchrony) in time. Where can i be educated about it? If this is the way you want to do it and you just want to "record" the states of your inputs then just transfer all Inputs into data Block/Date Bytes. However, how do you determine when there is a "faulty" cycle? The best option (and easiest) is one of the ways suggested above.

However, how do you determine when there is a "faulty" cycle? When machine stops (because of fault), ever next starting of a cicle well result as fault cycle.
