SYSWIN CQM1H

I want to connect an OMRON CQM1H in order to modify the program but i learn that i have to use SYSWIN. I would like to know if it's possible to do it with SYSWIN 3.2? with SYSWIN 3.4? Were can i find there in a free version because the soft is too expensive for my personnal application. Please to help me. thanks.
