RS Emulate and Windows XP

Hello All, Wonder if someone out there can help me. I have RS Emulate 5000 Ver.15 installed on a PC with Windows 2000 Server SP4. In the emulated code I have sucessfully set up message blocks to write to and read from a physical hardware PLC using Ethernet. This all works fine and am able to test away... My Problem is that I am trying to repeat the process on a PC with Windows XP SP2 and it is failing.... I am guessing that it may be something to do with security on XP but would really appreciate any info that I get Thanks in Advance J

Just a wild hare but have you tried the compatability mode for 2K that exists in XP?
