lk007 and lk203 settings

Since Jay seems to be Mr Omron I figured I'd take a stab.. would you happen to have the dip switch configurations for the C500-LK203 and possibly C500-LK007?

Here's the link to the manual for the C500-LK203: W143-E1-6 C-series Rack Mount Hostlinks You've got us slightly stumped on the C500-LK007. We think it is identical to the C500-LK008, but we're checking. Keep checking back.

Japan reports that the only difference between LK007 and LK008 is that LK008 also supports C500F (Flowchart). Manual to be posted tomorrow.
