  1. As my name implies, I am a robotics student, in my last year of classes, and we are in a pickle with using our Ultra 3000 servo drives. We got 3 of our 4 servo drive to work. This issue is that the first one goes to 0 almost right after hitting 3 on the 7 segment display. We checked settings and everything is the same, with the only difference is the node settings. We have tried changing node addresses so our issue drive went from 1 to 2. The issue followed the node assignment, so we switched the one that had the issue after the change back to 2 and set the original node 1 drive to node 5. Updated the PLC program so node 1 went to node 5 but after it didn't work we changed it back.  Other info: We are using an 8 axis sercos interface module, cat number with series - 1756 MO8SE B. We have replaced the node 1 drives 4 times, nothing changed but was worth a shot. Drive nodes 3 to 4 will count to 4 while node 1 goes to 0. Motors are all connected, we have tried with them not connected, node 1 will return to 0 while the other 3 give errors
  2. Hello! I have an issue on commissioning my ultra3000 drive purchased through eBay. My drive is 2098-DSD-150 and a motor is MPL-A4540F-S. My problem is that the motor does not rotate after enabled and commanded velocity. The motor is tested with another drive (2098-DSD-30) and it works fine. Therefore, the drive may be an issue. I tried several velocity gains including gain used in 2098-DSD-30 and other several configurations. The motor only oscillates/vibrate without rotation or rotates like stepping motor with vibration and noise. Do you have any comment or advice on this issue?
