Old School - SLC 100 Programming

I have AB APS 1747-PA2E and a several 1745-PCC. The problem is I can't connect to the PLC (SLC 100 - 1745-LP101) with it. Is there other software to use or am I just missing something.

Problems with a FX-0N

When I turn on the PLC all the LED lights come on, Power, Status, as well as all the output and input LEDs. I am unfamiliar with this brand of PLC as I have worked with AB only before. Was (Is) the PLC damaged or am I just missing something. I have disconnected all of the Input and Outputs, so the only thing connect to the PLC is the Line, Neutral, and Ground. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Alfredo
