  1. Hello! First time using this forum.  The facility I work in has an abundance of powerflex 40's and some 525's.  When the team LOTO's a piece of equipment and brings it back up we consistently see F081 Comm Loss.  We have found several different avenues to try and work around this some of them being. Parameter A105- Comm Loss Action:  Default 0- Switch it to 3 for continue last:  This works occasionally Unplug the Comm port and plug it back in-  This works occasionally  Power off and back on-  Works rarely  Replace the comm board and ribbon- This works rarely Swapp the drive out- Works every time but is costly and I feel its unnecessary.    We operate with micro logix and I have been told that there is a way to by pass this Comm loss in the program?  using a Debug type?  I am not sure and looking for any help.    Thank you
