Modbus Communication between Omron E5DC and Mitsubishi FX5U-64M

Hello all, I am trying to read PV values from E5DC to Mitsubishi Fx5U, but have been unable to do so. I am getting 7309 error code. I have attached images for reference. Ps- I have changed communication settings at controller side to modbus. Please help where i am going wrong.
