  1. Connect PLC to Kepserver

Try software https://www.serial-over-ethernet.com/ for comparison. It supports full functionality in the trial version. It may NOT be that everything hangs every time. Maybe you have problems with the network? Usually, this is a standard procedure and there should be no problems with a virtual serial port or a physical serial port. I wish you good luck!
  2. Good manual:  http://www.maha-net.co.kr/m-file/InTouchRef.pdf ,  https://www.vsp-co.org/assets/ha030834_6_00.pdf
  3. There are several hardware options, but what I understood for sure is that with a software solution it will be easier and faster for me monitoring the connections COM port. You try to connect a couple of times with the help of serial port analyzer and you will understand what I am talking about.
  4. And you did not try to transfer signals and data using software and not a hardware solution? As it seemed to me programs that cope with the transfer of data that support som ports, can easily do this without additional hardware. This reduces the time and amount of work.
  5. Control Panel Builder

Here http://engineering.electrical-equipment.org/electrical-distribution/panel-builders-are-all-cheaters.html is an interesting observation on the shield. The article is outdated, but it makes sense. By the way, how are things with the quality of products, work and payment? is everything comparable?
