I have a problem with plc delta dvp-32eh, when I upload program to pc, it gives message "program upload disabled", no password and communication is ok,

I found that is a security lock, what is the solution?

I can't upload program for Omron hmi model: NB7W-TW00B, by NB Designer, because it required a password when I try to upload, is there amethod or crack to remove this password?
