Thanks a lot for your reply. The problem solved .it was the connection Cable between Plc And Got 1000 (Rs422)one of the wire was disconnected. The correct function is as follow: when the machine is switched on the screen shoes the RENS logo for 5 seconds then goes to the next stage showing the operating menu.If the connection between plc and screen is lost (faulty cable) then  at the first stage, screen shows RENZ Logo then the message "PC CHECK OK !" appears on the screen after 15 seconds.

Hi every one  I have a wire -O machine from Renz (Autobind 500HS) with Got1000 HMI  when I turn on the machine I see the Renz Logo on the screen which is ok but seconds after, the screen shows the message" system check ok! instead of going to the machine's main menu.please let me know what the problem could be. second question.If I power up this HMI (which was working before)without connecting to the PLC, what should I see on the screen?does it go to the main menu?   Thanks a lot helping me

I have got 1000 Mitsubishi screen on the wire binder machine(Renz, Autobind 500Hs). when i turn it on the message "system check ok!" appears on screen and the program is not loading.please let me know what the problem could be? if i power up the got 1000 HMI(already has programmed and working) Without connecting to plc what will be shown on screen   Thank you soheil
