  1. Hello people I am having trouble resetting an incremental encoder in the PF755 drive. In the PF525  I use parameter 560 and through programming (rslogix) set the bit "Pos redefine" and then returns to zero. However in PF755 I do not know how to do this. I tried using parameter 731 but without success. Can someone explain to me how I do this? thanks
  2. Hi, people I have a problem with the reset encoder routine.I can not reset encoder positions(parameters 376 and 377).I followed the manual and tried to do the automatic startup routine but it does not work.First through a plc input I try to activate drive input 7. At input 8 of the inverter I have physically attached a wire to the sensor. I also have parameter t67 set to "35 Find Home" and parameter t68 set to "34 Home limit".I do not know what I might be doing wrong. Can someone help me ?thanks
  3. I'm trying to configure the powerflex 755 to work in closed loop, but I'm having problems with auto tune. When I choose to tune, the test starts normally and performs the static test successfully. Then, when it will perform the axis movement occurs the following error: error number 79 ( Excessive Load : The motor did not come up to speed in the allotted time during Autotune. ) If I try to work without performing this test another error appears: number 7 (motor overload) I tried to find in the rockwell manual some information on why this error occurred but I did not succeed. I'm using an incremental encoder to give feedback . I do not know what to do . Is it a misconfigurate parameter ? Please can anyone help me? Thank you
