delta 12SE communication ModBus with Wincc project

I have configured PC station in WInCC flexible. And made connection using Modicon Modbus TCP/IP driver. Also prepared a tag to read register and forced data from Modsim but i can not read data in Runtime. I set this for demo purpose, actually we need to read data from Delta PLC.someone help me to do that please !! thanks in advance.
