  1. toshiba's ex40 cpu problem

    Hi! i am basically an electronics engineer, new to this forum, have a problem in toshiba's ex40 plc. i have worked out that its microcontroller ic (the 8051 one) has damaged ports, so i have to get a new 8051 and re-program it. does somebody have hexdump of its rom firmware? or can help me in getting one? thanks in anticipation !
