    Its actually my software. It gives me two options of usb or serial connection and we change back and forth all the time but for some reason usb is selected and it wont let me change to serial.

    When trying to connect to the PLC my software shows using a usb cable but I need to use the serial cable but it wont let me change it. What would cause this?
