it depends on type of rx3i CPU, you can also add additional ETM card and use ethernet IP protocol as standard. add the same IP in citect scada.addresses are %i %m%mw(%r)

you create different IOdev & adresses can be same .First it identifies IODev and then check its adresses value; but tag name should  be unique.

you have to open the ethernet network, and IOScanning to YES; there you have to fill the tables& select write mode / read mode & protocol & address map.; save and download the project.
