  1. I have noticed that this issue continues into the GX Works2 programming software. The serial numbers start with 4 or 5 digits but the rest are all zeros (0). The first four digits are to represent when that module was produced. Though even with the lack of this information I have not run into toggle I/O issues.

  2. Delbert, What you have there is a Registered Device Test with Execution. M216 has been set up to either Force On or Force Off in that particular step when in monitor mode. It can either be forced on/off before or after the position of M216 and toggle afterwards in the scan. Depending on how it was set up. You can find the control for this under the Debug Tab -->Device Test with Execution Condition. Of the three sub selections you can open the Batch Disable selection to remove it. The Device Test selection looks as the following:

  3. My apologies kaare_t. I read the quote above and asumed my response. My picture attachment above is for GX Developer not GX Works2. But you are correct, online edits for structured programs can only be executed as you described previously in GX Works2.

  4. Have you checked the options menu under tools? Under the Program Common Tab there is an "After Conversion Writing Behavior" where there is a radio button to 'Write during RUN (while PLC is Running).
