the tool mentioned above is good , i have ever used it for barcode creating and editing. and now i am using another tool, it's also good to use , if you need a tool inscanning barcode, you can have a try.

you can try thispdf processoriam currently which has helped me a lot, if you haven't found a good one, you can try it.

i am using thisimage converter which supports many kinds of image conversion, but i think your requirment might be rarely found in imaging sdks so i am not clear whether it support such converion, you can have a check.

as for bring data into a ML1100 or ML1400.you should find a barcode reader which support such a transformation on the internet, you can try this barcode scanner which i have used for a lonf time . i feel it is easy to use but i don't know exactly whether it can solve this question .buddy, i think you should have a try.
