Hai, I am new to this forum and i am new to AB logic. Here i am having some problem please help me on this. I am using RSlogic - 5000 i want control others going online by using some password could it possible id possible please guide me how to use. Now i am using CPU security tool to product others going online, but problem in this if power failure or CPU switched off after that if i make it on CPU my HMI is not coming online for the i need to go online to CPU then only HMI is coming healthy. Can any one please help me any other option is there to product CPU by others going online. Thanks

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii I am new to AB rs logic software I am also using one SICK make barcode scanner which is connected to PLC and it transfer the data through ASCII 1734 module could you please tell me how to do the data transfer to PLC by using HMI without ASCII module. thanks

Hiii to all I am new to this forum as well as Rockwell software before that i was working with Siemens S7 -300 & 400 I am having one doubt in RS logic 5000 in Siemens S7 we can compare the offline and online program if any changes is there or not ,like this in RS logic 5000 not available there is any different method to compare online and offline program in RS logic 5000. Dear Ken roach, Thanks for your reply I am using Zebra S4M bar code printer I am using ASCII 1734 module Operation i tried details I am receiving one serial no with the combination of numbers & letters with length of 17 charters,the same serial no i want to print so i am coping the serial no and same serial no i am sending to printer through ASCII module by using STRING format. Here i connected the printer to ASCII module ( Connection Details Serial port 9 pin RS 232 in this i am using pin no 2 for transmit data 3 for receive data 5 for clear the data) Now i am facing problem is printing is not happening one more details i want to know i received some barcode formats from supplier they have told i have to send the commend to printer with their format so that format where i have to put Please help me thanks
