  1. Counter card information transfer

Thanks Dave, The DMOV done the trick and i had to assign 32bit on HMI. I still have an issue that i cant get my head around. The application is a water flow meter which is giving 1 pulse per litre. The output of this is going to channel 1 term A. When the water is running i am getting the led pulsing. As you can see from the screen shot the unit has been counting because there is a number 0f 174196 in D1. This is where it has stopped and is counting no longer. The manual for the A1SD62E is a bit confusing. There are many examples of a 2 phase counter application but i am just using a single phase counter. Can anyone guide me in the right direction. There must be a command to refresh the reading of the count. A1SD62E.1.zip
  2. Hi all, i'm after a bit of advice please. I'm using A1SD62E counter card to read how many litres of water we are using. Ive set up the memory addressing but i need to move the information somewhere else. In the [DFRO H1A K4 D1 K1] line I have the result in D1 but would like to view this on an E900 using D102. Ive tried all sorts of variations of the MOV command but with no joy. Can one of you gurus please put me out of my misery. Can you give the code a qick scan as well please to make sure thats correct. Many thanks A1SD62E.zip

  4. E900 is poorly!

Hi, I have a E900 which I have been making adjustments to for a couple of hours today. It has been no bother, transferring the project about 5 times until now. It shows me the start up screen but now doesn’t switch to transfer mode and actually won’t move from the start up screen using the buttons. I have checked that all relevant settings are correct i.e. Baud rate and Automatic RUN/TRANSFER switching. I have also used a second cable. The screen has been re-booted several times but is still stuck on the startup screen. Any ideas please. Is there a manual overall reset button on the HMI that I have missed? Best regards Kevin
  5. Mitsubishi High speed counter

Thanks very much Crossbow, much appreciated. Have a good christmas
  6. Mitsubishi High speed counter

Hi Crossbow, thanks for getting back to me. I have a A2ASCPU-S1, then 7 x A1SX81 input cards, then 1 x A1SY41 output card, then 3 x A1SY10EU output cards, then 5 x A1SY10 output cards, then finally a A1SJ71AT21B network card. I would like to put 2 x A1SD62E high speed counter cards in the next 2 slots. Reading the manual for these cards it mentions using inputs to set different parts of the read and move commands. i.e. X020 to set Y014. Are these X and Y numbers associated with the cards internal workings or do i need to use the X and Y numbers that are associated with the slots the cards are going in?
  7. Mitsubishi High speed counter

Hi all, I have got a A1SD62E high speed counter card which i want to use to monitor 2 water flow meters. Both meters giving 1 pulse per litre. Its a A2AS plc.The wiring side i am good with. Its the initial addressing that im not. Its going into slot 13 on the back plane. If im honest i don't understand the addressing side of it.Step 7 hardware config is easy this im afraid is my nemesis. In fact i cant see where any of the cards addressed.Im using GX Developer Ver 8 and have attached the program if it helps. Any ideas please? SyrupRm.zip
