Hi everyone, we use Intouch like SCADA system to control our process (we use PLC SIEMENS). The intouch is connected to a data base (SQL). everything was working very well, but some days ago we are having some problems. because of this we would like to know if someone could help us. We record a date on our data base. So, everytime that a DB become true (==1), a script (with isert comand) is executed. Sometimes this action is executed many times, but the trigger was only executed one time. We monitored this DB and didn´t find any wrong behiver. So, we would like to know what could do this script be executed more than one time without the trigger. thanks...

Hi, We have a application using Intouch. This application was running very well, but ocurred one thing very strange. All alplication was working slowly way. To try resolve this problem we changed the CPU and put the same project in this CPU. The application came back to work well, but the others applications (running another computer in network) still working the slowly way. I don´t think that this change of CPU is the solve of the problem. Anyone know or already seen this problem and know how to resolve?. thank you.

Hi everyone, I´m working with 6 CPU s7-400. We are using Intouch to make the cotrol of the process. Rcently we put another CPU S7-400. In this case all of CPUs are connected by TCP/IP. I would like to know where/how can i configure Intouch to add this new CPU on the system (intouch). I mean, i wuld like to creat some tags using some db´s of the program where is running in this new CPU.

Good morning, I´m using the Intouch in my process´s computer. But sometime the screen is lagging. How can i fix it? thanks.
