  1. Q2ASHcpu PID

Thanks for the reply. The limit I am referring to is the MV, PV limit of -50 to 2000 on the QnACPU types verses the other Q cpus that can do -32768 to 32767. I need the greater range and positive to negative swing as I am using PID to control some motion. So the MV value will adjust a 32 bit speed value to a motion card. So with the QA1S6xB extension rack, do I still need a separate Q rack for the Q cpu and power supply or can they all coexist on one rack. Has anyone ever tried using the MV limited PID (-50 to 2000) to combine heating and cooling via forward and reverse operation as one crosses the SV to be able to swing -2000 to +2000.
  2. Q2ASHcpu PID

I want to know if there is another replacement CPU for a Q2ASHcpu that support the PID without limits like the other Q series cpu do. I want to keep my A series rack and modules if possible. Do other Q series cpu work with the A series rack and IO.
  3. GX developer version

I have a mitsubishi A2ushcpu-s1 and I do not have the code for it. It came from another place. I have an early version of GX developer which allows me to see the ladder that is there with no comments. But someone said it was programmed in GX IEC using SFC. In the ladder there is one rung that uses a M90xx bit to stop the SFC, but I see no other mention. My questions are; If I can see the ladder in GX developer does that mean that there is no other code on this CPU in another programming language? Does Gx Developer translate from machine code to ladder or what ever? If I make changes to the ladder will I over write any SFC or IEC code using GX developer? Thanks
