URGENT I have omron servo motor connected to mcw 151 motion card, it is working OK . card is damaged so we change with new-card, we upload program from old card , check in other machine program is OK , we get the new card , install it ( not working .. download program to new drive ... not working also , try on other machine , not working ..) we remove old card from other machine try at stopped machine it worked OK. also delete old program from working card an re-download to it again .. working OK. so we decide to change the motion card with new one >> but some one change the parameter of the servo so if i get new card what parameters i should set to work with motion-card and also if i only download the program to new card machine will work or some data must be set in first. regards

I NEED TEST SOFTWARE ON PC TO CHECK MODEBUS RTU COMMUNICATION WITH SLAVE PLC ( CJ1 ). ALSO CABLE OF PLC TO CONNECT WITH SOFTWARE.

NEED COMMUNICATION CABLE WITH PIN arrangment for MCW151-E and laptop ( have serial to usp connection ).

Actualy i didnt make any modification just upload and dwonload. is that enough thankyou

I GET OTHER PROBLEM, i had an old mcw151-e card working good. i get new card as a spare. When i remove old one and replaced by new one. I DID THIS STEPS: 1- UPLOAD OLD PROGRAM. 2- install new one. 3- Dwonload old program in new device. But not working at all mo errors, no alarms , but not working I removed it and but in other working drive and try, same situation. HELP ME :((((

i see the communication for serial port then connecting +5vdc and GND for the pins must be connected with. that mean i connect the serial only with pins of power supply.
