  1. Specific Time to energize an output

!! In this case an output/coil wil be activated just once (at 5am) after running and never be deactived until the PLC will be gone into Stop mode or unpowered...
  2. Specific Time to energize an output

And at what time to off? What serie of FX PLC?
  3. Can I connect this switch to the FX3U?

What is seen from an apparently truncated technical bulletin indicates that the touch button should be installed / connected as follows, namely: - install the button in the cabinet door through an insulating sleeve and two insulating washers; - put a GND wire between the nut and the insulating washer, tinned and soldered into a ring, which should be connected to -24V; - connect the Vin+ wire to + 24V - connect the signal output wire to the PLC input. And everything should work ... If it hasn't been damaged early.
  4. How to use function (prun)

In first, PRUN K4X0 K4M0 without space. The second, the instruction will copy X0-X7 to M0-M7 and X10-X17 to M10-M17, while K4M0 combine just bits from M0 to M15...
  5. FX2N Not able to read the Program

Sorry, these links are unavailable anymore.
  6. FX2N HELP!!!

    You're welcome:)
  7. FX2N HELP!!!

The program you will not lose, but the data, changed during expluatation, may be lose. So I'd recommend to replace the lithium battery with power on. In this case you will not lose the changed data even exceed the mentioned time.
  8. FX2N HELP!!!

Sorry, I've read your question without attention. To save a program in EEPROM extension the main menu Tools -> Transfer ROM should be used.
  9. FX2N HELP!!!

When a program is written into FX2N PLC, parameters, program code and data are written to flash memory from where they are overwritten in RAM. When reading, data is already read from RAM. As practice has shown, RAM can fail over time and the original microchips are no longer available (the manufacturer ceased to exist). There are only two direct analogs and it is difficult to acquire them in the required TSOP28 packages. So I would strongly recommend to replace the long-discontinued FX2N with a modern FX5U, which uses FRAM that does not require battery power.
  10. cylindrical grinding machine programs

Personally, no. However, the customer, that got the problem due to their sloppiness, contacted with manufacturers, but without any positive results... They said, that they changed directions and answered: "We have lost all backups with programming engineers simultaneously". Fantastics, but it's really!
  11. Dear colleagues, Maybe someone faced with cylindrical grinding machine G32P-100NC model by Belor Co., Ltd or Supertec and have a set of programs for it? The program of A2N-20GM (FX2N-20GM) module has been lost.
  12. Float Value FX2N Problem

If you have a measured value in D72 and an offset value in D500, you need to modify D72, nor D500. While would be better to store the result of operation in another pair of registers. And yes, the colleagues are right - you need to increase a measured value in ten times at minimum, otherwise the measured value will be lost and you get an offset value as a result of operation due to resolution of floating point mantissa (2^23)
  13. Float Value FX2N Problem

The error is obvious: DEADD D500 D72 D72
  14. FX1S Programming Software

You can use any software by Mitsu, targeted for PLC programming, of course including the listed.
  15. I said that my logic do not based on the manual, but on the logic of module connection and its working. The module is connected to the connector of serial port, and the module is not difference what it will translate to network, moreover it work independenly of the program scan... Thus it should provide N:N network protocol. Hope, the topicstarter checked it already.

  17. I\m understanding, that you are big specialist in Mitusbishi PLC line. While I'm know, how it works, because we are connected SCADA thru the mentioned modules. This is just a gate between serial data transition and TCP/IP transition.
  18. Fr Configurator with windows 10 64 bits

To reinstall the software. FR Configurator is working perfectly with Win10 64.
  19. Three times I faced with the same situations in my practice of repairing an eqiuipment by third party manufactures. And every times the problem was typical: they insert in their program one or several merkers, which are activated at the adjustment stage directly using the programming software. So I'd suggest to dig in this direction. It's not difficult to find such mines, using cross referens list function and comparing it with HMI variables. I've managed to do it, spending several hours.
  20. receiving wireless signal without opc

In this case I suppose you can use it without problem. It digital inputs are dry contact type, while digital outputs are 30V 100mA (sink type), other interfaces has standard parameters. But note, pls, the FX3 has onboard the RS422 interface as an embedded programming port (not an RS485). The last is important: you can not connect with it directly to the programming port of PLC, and only thru the additional RS485 communication board FX3*-485-BD.
  21. receiving wireless signal without opc

First of all, wireless data transmission can be based on various technologies: transmission over a power network or radio transmission. Technologies of the latter are also subdivided into bluetooth, wi-fi, etc. The choice depends on the required distance, availability of technical capabilities and the required communication parameters. You did not provide any of the above list.
  22. Scaling

By dividing an analog-to-digital converting result in 80 times.
  23. FX5 or Q Series Step Motor Control

The answer is again NO. High-speed functions are only supported by first group of outputs at transistor type PLC base module.
  24. FX5 or Q Series Step Motor Control

The answer for any PLC series is NO. You have to use a stepper motor controller and to control it by PLC. The stepper motor controller provide _current_ pulses through the stepper motor windings.
  25. PLC FX1N Modbus

Hi, You have not purchased a clone, but a handicraft device. Yes, it can be programmed using Mitsubishi software, however, the implementation of the data exchange using the Modbus protocol is different completely of how it is implemented in the Mitsubishi PLC. To find out exactly how, you have to request documentation from your seller.
