  1. Hi to MrPLC community I have a Corrugated Box Machinery CURIONI, made in Italy and like all Italian machines documentation is incomplete (technical service told me they can not provide PLC/CX1supervisor setup/programs copy; Reason: company propriety???!!! ) I can upload even if is password protected but no description. There is an Omron system CX1 supervisor on windows XP Italian version (on central console) and 10 PLC in 6 cabinets (some cabinets have 2 PLC one in network and one stand alone and one remote IO on network??) 1 plc CQM1H-CPU51 stand alone and 1 plc CPM 2A with CIF1 on network. Also is one convertor in main cabinet SYS – SCU01-OEE1 with CQM1H- CPU51 and from this convertor is connected to the main console with another SYS – SCU01-OEE1 and to PC . The distances between cabinets about 30 ft. Beside electrical drawings (very vague description on parts) no documentation. This boxing machines are modular and almost all with same design. I suspect the PLC program is identical. They are about 10 machine like this in Canada and 20 in USA (from my Knowledge I could be wrong been many times) and unnumbered in the world. If someone happened to troubleshooting this brand of machines I would appreciate if I have some info (documentation, PLC with description network setting etc). 1.The main problem is time to time the PC rebut by himself (no visible reason/connection) 2. Sometimes the position of slotting head is about 2 in off (some sort of encoder feedback connected on regular plc input card ??) I have some picture of this encoder if someone know this brand. 3. I have all necessary Omron software (CX1 prog and supervisor, server etc) I would appreciate any help with this machine before I start troubleshooting. I do not want to screw something in network or setup (done this before) before I collect all the info. Thank you,
