  1. Goodmorning, I decided to post this silly thing, I am trying to login to the standard webpages of an CXS3.0 application, but despite granted webacces to the user it still gives me a "Login unsuccessful. Check credentials and try again." message I have tried all users , made new ones, still no luck . Anyone has had this problem before? This is very frustrating.. Greetz Toni
  2. Yes, your columnheader of Milliseconds is spelled with one l instead of two ll's. Database1_Milliseconds_ok.rar Grtz Tony
  3. Attached .mdb file can be opened, maybe some indexing changes can be done but I haven't tried that yet, I was already happy that it worked this way. Grtz Tony 08010110.rar
  4. I figured it out, The Milliseconds column has to be "long integer" and not "integer" otherwise the logviewer wont show any items at all to open. Also all fields have to be filled with data, or you wil get the .net error as described above. The new Data log viewer is awesome !! Outstanding thinking of the developers !! grtz
  5. Hi, I am playing around with the new datalogviewer in CXS 3.0 I am not experienced with databases and can't seem to create a readable file. either I don't get to select any traces at all or when I do get selectable traces I get an error : Unhandeld exception (Specified cast is not valid) Can someone upload an example .mdb file which I can open with Datalog viewer 2.0 and MS Acces, to help figure out what I am doing wrong? I have loads of csv log files which I would like to be able to view with the new datalogviewer. I have attached one of these. 08010109.rar Any help is very much apreciated. Greetz Tony
  6. Ok, thanx for confirming Pdl, I was allready thinking in that direction, just didn't want to code something which might allready be incorporated. Thanx
  7. Ok, online status is solved now, I am using a IsPLCOpen script for that now. so this leaves me with the pointvalues which hold their last updates value after connection loss, but I like them to be resetet to their default values as if comms where never initiated. Thanx again. Tony
  8. Hi, I want to show online status by means of indicators in a CXS project which connects to several PLC's I have been looking for a system point which indicates whether the communication between CXS and a plc is established or not,but can't find anything. like nr open PLC's in CX-server's performance monitor. Also after CXS lost communications with a PLC how can I let the point values drop to their defaults. Hope someone understands my 2 questions. Thanx
  9. remote Passtrough NS to CJ1M

Hello, I have a client with CJ1M PLC serial connected to NS5-TQ11B, is it possible to monitor and program the CJ1M through the NS's ethernet connección ? This will save my client the purchase of the expensive etn card. Greets Tony
  10. show PLC clock and date on display

Ok thanx, I will do it that way
  11. Good afternoon, I have a problem with showing the PLC clock on a scada page. I have been struggling with the points and animation editor. How can I show the PLC date and Clock, in this form? 09-02-18 14:15:46 Especially the : and - is giving me headaches.. Sorry for this probably noob question. BTW, I don't want to use the PC's system clock points. Thanx, Tony
  12. Yes correct PdL, the connecting IP is different than before, but I have multiple connecting ip's setup in the ETN21's IP router table.(3 in total ) I can connect with 2 of them. just not the one which we have at the office and is in the same Ip range as the clients WAN IP. The reason that it doesn't work has nothing to do with Omron ETN21 or CX programmer comms setup, but the fact that I can't reach to any wan ip in the same range as our office WAN ip. That's why I was looking into a work around (use another remote PLC (A) to which a am able to connect from our office as gateway to remote PLC (B) ). Greetz Tony
  13. Nothing has changed PdL I can still access this particular plc from another location (Home). @ PMCR, that doesn't sound promising.. To install an extra card would be a little overdone to do some routing. I am going to look in to the two attached docs now. Thanx
  14. I used to have 2 dsl connections here, and connected through the other one witch isn't here anymore. no remote desktop, I connect straight to the PLC.: PC running CX-prog and Scada --->> local dsl modem -->> WAN -->> remote dsl modem with port 9600 forwarded -->> ETN21 I understand that you might think I am making a mistake in local modem/router setup. but believe me I have tested every possibility, and actually realy need help with the workaround solution, and meanwhile figure things out with my ISP, witch goes through Spanish helpdesk employees and therefore is not very promising . Grtz Tony
  15. @ pago, I think you misunderstood me, there is no response from the ping request; "request timed out." I dont use vpn, I even tried directly from my laptop on DHCP receiving my WAN ip directly from ISP. I can not ping any IP witch is in the same IP-range as my WAN IP except for the WAN gateway. thanx for your reply.
