Hi, I'm trying to use this instruction as a hudge compare (multiple words) ... it work the purpose is to know if someone change the value in a table of 30 bytes or 15 words it work well but I don't know why it stop working at bytes 24 the code is str sp1 ld k1E ( step 1) ( number of bytes hex) ld kF (step 2 )( lenth of table words hex ) lda o2016 (step 3) (ending location) lda o2000 ( step 4) (starting location) findb v2303 (step 5) (starting location of block) and sp53 (logic error flag) out c4 ( On= block not found in table, off= equal) step reference to the instruction chap. 5 it is hard to explain why but, if bytes 0 to 24 starting at v2000 are not equal to bytes 0 to 24 starting at v2303 the flag logic error sp53 is on ...yes good ! but bytes 25 to bytes 30 won't affect sp53 any one know why ? thank for your anwser

RM is OMRON dedicated I/O network ( closed protocol and old ) If your rm201 is mount on a rack with a cs1 cpu you should buy a Device Net Card CS1W-DRM21 and buy device net slave option modul for f7 ( easiest way ) never use a c200hw-drm21 ... if the rm201 is mount to a c200__-cpuxx CPU then I propose that you control your drive with I/O for FWD/REV and other signal you need for the application and a analog output for speed control if you want to keep the rm201 you can buy a c200h-rt201 ( remote slave for RM) a small 3 slots backplane mount 1input card 1 output card and one digital to analog card on it ( all this near the drive panel ) wire it to your inverters ... all those part are old c200hw-XXXX (backplane,digital input, digital output, analog output ) old fashion way ! Hi, I'm new user of direct logic & direct soft . first, I got lost with the accumulator and stack principle but after some tryed and reading. I can now enjoy the software and plc . Working with Real number the cpu firmware is well developed even if the hardware seem a little bit old (octal processor). With other cpu i'm used to backup all memory and ofcourse ladder. But in direct soft I don't find any way to backup all memroy range in particulary V memory . is there a way to do so or I should use another software For me it is very important to find a way to do this backup. and concerning REal number , I know that the cmpR work but do you know if inline instruction like = > < can handle real number ex =R <R <R ... if exist. thanks for your suggestion
