The testing item is Yamaha robot machine using the DP communication. How can those communicate each other by any address mapping? Which information should I give the Yamaha engineer for the address mapping? Thank for your detailed explanation in advance. (Especially the address declaration of them)

  18. As the attachment, I should control the pressure from 1st to 2nd step by step. The 1st Pressure Purpose Value and then stable time. And 2nd Pressure Purpose Value(the final purpose valve). In this case what kind of the control solution is good for this control? Just use the two PID functions one by one? Thanks for your help in advance.
  19. I have one question about AOI function in the Logix5000 software. What is the difference between the cases that is the Checked-req or not at the parameter window? Please refer this help article as follows: ---------------------------------------------------------- Req Only use this field if the Parameter is required. This field determines whether the Parameter requires an argument. The Req field is checked and read-only by default for the InOut Parameters (because by-reference Parameters require an argument). Otherwise, the Req field is unchecked by default. Note that you can right-click on the Req heading to choose to check or uncheck all the rows in the Req column. A call to this Add-On Instruction does not verify if a required Parameter does not have an argument assigned to it. This field is not applicable for members of the InOut parameters. ---------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for your help in advance.

  21. Hi, there. I have one question for the title, the electrician and control engineer. I have worked as that kind of job positions over 15 years after my university graduation. Until now I have lots of experiences at those parts. The Press machine, the automobile engine line, the chemical factory plant, the Bending machine, the water treatment plant, etc. Lots of travelling abroad. USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China, Japan and korea. But nowadays I have one question in my mind. How long can I work this kind of job as the engineer in my country and in the world? Generally in Asia area the engineer age is too young. So the average age of the main engineer is almost 37 years old. The engineers usually change their positions to the sales part or having their own companies around the 40 year old. So I have lots of thinking in my brain nowadays. I just wonder about that kind of things around your nation in the world. How do you think about that? What kinds of things do you prepare for your future as senior engineer? Thanks for your reply in advance.

You mean that The PLCs can communicate each other directly by the DSPGT without any PC or OPC? Your answer in advance.
