  1. EEPROM Loss?

temp is probably 100f to 110f haven't taken a reading yet ,but know this is too hot. Thanks for the link.
  2. EEPROM Loss?

We have an SLC04 in one of our pieces of equipment that loses its memory everytime we experience a power disruption. We have installed new batteries twice(Just to be sure the first replacements were not defective). We don't normally lose power, however we are doing a number of upgrades to equipment and frequently shut main power to the building down to install breakers, etc. on the weekend. Every time we do this we lose the program on this particular machine only. I believe that there may be a problem with the EEPROM. Does anyone have ,or have you had in the past, a similar problem and ,if so, was the EEPROM the culprit? As to the cause, I am thinking that the cabinet may be too hot. It is pretty full and the cooling system is not that great
