    I appreciate your response towards my query.

    In respect to what you ask, the following are for your information please.

    1. The switch is on the RUN position

    2. There is 23.8 V DC  power supply present at the PLC

    3. No LED is ON despite input signal to input module

    The RUN LED is not lighting when the PLC is powered
