Hands on training is the best way to. I would, and did, buy a used PLC scrounged up some software and start writing programs. I have taken many classes but non have help me more than the "Playing" around I have done at home on my OLD PLC.

The Set up Wizard window Closes. This happens when the wizard "Identifing Avalible Versions".

Had RSLogix 5000 REVs 10,13 15 working on Laptop, untill laptop crashed! I got laptop working again but not RSLogix 5000. Did add/remove software and removed it now it will not reload, installer keeps quitting. Looked up tec-notes on AB web site found one said to remove 3 files under Regedit but could not find them. Anyone else have problems RE-Loading RSLogix 5000 before? brett93304@hotmail.com

The plant I use to work for used: Red = AC Inputs Orange = AC Outputs Blue = DC Inputs Purple = DC Outputs Brown = Analogs Yellow = Safty Green = Ground White = Com Black = AC I sure I'm forgetting some.
