  1. I don't think there is a jumper to clear the memory. All you can do is operate the comms. reset pushbutton for 1 second to restore the factory defaults and then go online to clear the memory Regards Mike
  2. Programming Faults

fault.PBAfault.RSSI use the message facility in panelview. The message corresponding to the lowest bit is displayed. Correct the faults one at a time until they are all cleared. Regards Mike
  3. You should be able to configure port 1 as a the program port using JW4 and then access the program directly using RS232/425, RS422 or RS485 (set configuration on JW1). Communication settings wll be 1200 baud, no parity, 8 data bits and 1 stop bit. Regards Mike
  4. Comments ?

Not sure about the new logo!! Separated by a language? Make sure you don't lose your spell checker Reagrds Mike
  5. We have not used a micrologix 1200 but here are some suggestions:- You can configure channel 0 for ASCII and will have to use an AIC+ and 1761 CBL AM00. Connect the RS232 from the C Box (11 = TX232, 10 = GND) to Port 1 on the AIC+ (2 = RXD, 5 = GND). Configure the DS2400 to have an unused header character (i.e. 'H') to ease synchronisation of the received ASCII characters. As you now cannot monitor the program I would develop the control and barcode reading separately and then merge them when both parts are working. Regards Mike
